Delivery Information:

We at toolzmart provides a straight forward pricing for all products and thus our shipping cost is not included in the pricing.

We charge a actual cost charged by popular shipping providers in India with a choice of choosing your shipping option suitable for you with a detailed pricing.

Shipping cost:

Shipping costs are charged by the seller additionally for physical products shipped to buyers’ shipping addresses.

Shipping costs are based on the actual shipping weight of the products.

Shipping cost is calculated on a slap of 500grams (i.e 300gms will be rounded in 500gms, 1.8kgs rounded into 2.0kgs) 

Shipping charges are inclusive of GST as applicable at the time of shipping.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the item got shipped by the seller.

Order once shipped by the seller can not be canceled,  so check twice before confirming your orders.

Return shipping charges are borne by the buyers in case of any defects or not working. Returns shipping cost borne by the seller If wrong items being shipped by the seller. 

All shipments are delivered in sealed packing only and buyer are not allowed to open the parcel before accepting the delivery 

Delivery may not available in the interior or remote locations where there is no service offered by our shipping partners.

You may choose to collect the package from the nearest transport hubs or logistics office or at the seller’s premises.

Delivery not available on Sundays and other local holidays.

Delivery to P.O box address and c/o address also not accepted.

Please take a snapshot/picture If the packages from the shipping company in case it is opened or damaged outside and sent to the shipping company service center and copy to toolzmart customer care.

In case of damages found inside the packages you may request to send a photograph with other details to the seller and copy to toolzmart to arrange a replacement.

Heavier packages are not delivered at door which you may required to collect the package from the nearest shipping hub or transport offices.

Cash on delivery service and return pickup service may not be available in certain locations which we restrict your ordering or the orders may cancelled after intimation to you.

Certain countries/states are requires to provide additional documents for tax purpose or in some locations there will be a additional tax/duties collected by the shipping company on behalf of the local govt. bodies need to borne by the buyer only.

If you are buying for your company you may require to provide your company GSTIN no or PAN no or valid Tax ID during the check out for smooth delivery.
